Three Generations in North Florida Wells

Eric Perry's grandfather started in the water well trade decades ago. A bad accident pushed his grandfather out of the industry, and the trade went quiet in the family for a while.

Eric's uncle picked the trade back up years later. Well work has supported the Perry family ever since. Eric grew up around well sites off and on as a kid — riding along, watching how a pump comes out of a well, learning the difference between a problem you can fix at the surface and a problem that needs the pump pulled.

Eric joined the trade professionally after graduating from college. He stepped into the operating side of the business about thirteen or fourteen years ago, took over day-to-day, and has been the owner-operator since.

Eric never worked alongside his grandfather — the accident ended that branch of the trade before Eric was old enough — but the standards came down through his uncle, and they're still how the shop runs.

Licensed, Insured, and Member of the Trade Associations That Matter

Perry-Pump is a fully state-licensed Florida Water Well Contractor. Every job we run goes out under the license; the number is on every truck and every invoice.

State license: Florida Water Well Contractor License #5016 — FDEP-licensed, public registry

Trade association memberships

  • Florida Ground Water Association (FGWA): state-level water well trade association

  • National Ground Water Association (NGWA): national professional body for the trade

  • North Central Florida Water Association (NCFWA) : regional water professionals network

Manufacturer-authorized installer

  • Grundfos (submersibles + constant-pressure drives)

  • Franklin Electric (submersibles, motors, SubDrive constant-pressure systems)

  • Flint & Walling (jet pumps + residential pumps)

  • Clack (whole-house water treatment control valves)

  • Stenner (chemical injection pumps for water treatment)

Authorized installer matters for two reasons: parts move faster when we need them, and the factory warranty gets honored without an argument when something needs to be covered.

The Way Perry-Pump Runs a Job

A few things hold steady on every job, residential or commercial, single repair or full system install.

No service call fee on routine residential work

$0 to come out, $0 for the diagnostic on routine residential calls. The exception is a paid pump-pull diagnostic on specific commercial situations: multiple pump types on one property, complex troubleshooting. We tell you that before we start.

Warranty in writing, on the invoice, before you sign

All warranties cover parts and labor, not parts only. Pressure Package (tank + switch): five years. Most residential submersibles (wire, control box, pump): five years. Residential jet pumps: one year. Commercial pumps: one year. Some residential systems run shorter due to system style or extenuating circumstances. We put that in writing too, and explain why.

Financing through Wisetack for larger jobs

For full pump replacements and major water treatment installs, Wisetack approves in minutes and shows terms before you sign. We do not push financing for small repairs.

After-hours: honest framing

Calls may go to voicemail outside business hours. We will return the call at our earliest availability. No-water emergencies move to the top of the queue when we do reach you. We will not claim 24/7 dispatch.
