What Happens After You Call or Send the Form
We diagnose on the phone first
Most well pump issues can be narrowed down with three or four questions. We will ask about the symptoms (no water, low pressure, pump running constantly, short-cycling), how the pressure tank feels when you tap it, whether the pressure switch is clicking, and how old the system is. That conversation usually points us to the likely cause before we drive out. It also helps us bring the right parts on the first trip: switch, capacitor, bladder tank, or whatever the symptoms are pointing at.
Most routine work is scheduled within the same week
Residential calls, whether it's a pressure switch, pressure tank, sediment filter, or routine diagnostic, typically get scheduled within the same week, and sometimes the same day if we are already in your area.
"No water" emergencies move to the top
If your house is completely without water, tell us on the call. Those jobs move to the top of the day's queue.
After-hours, honest framing
Calls outside our regular hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, may go to voicemail, and we will return them at our earliest availability. We don't promise after-hours dispatch, and we won't claim 24/7 service. What's on the schedule is what we run.
